To qualify for the Championships:
1. Enter one of the qualifying classes.
2. Be one of the two highest placed exhibits not already qualified within the first four and receive
a qualification card signed in the ring.
3. Complete the entry form on the qualification card.
4. Return the card to together with any registration fees due within 14 days of this show.
Please Note:
Registration fee for 2012 is £25 to include all members of the family and equines owned by the family.
• All accidents/incidents/falls should be reported to the Secretary.
• Exhibitors may not knowingly exhibit any Pony/Horse that has been bred, sold, leased or produced by the Judge or his/her immediate family or his/her employer.
• An exhibitor may not show an equine in a competition judged by any member of his/her immediate family.
• An exhibitor may not show under a judge for whom he/she has produced an equine in the last two years. (see current schedule for exact date)
• All Colts/Stallions two years old and over must be in possession of a current License (unless otherwise governed by the individual Breed Society).
• IN-HAND STALLIONS AND COLTS: Stallions / Colts may NOT be LED by any Juniors who have not attained their 14th birthday before 1st January in the current year.
• Mountain & Moorland ponies MUST be shown in their natural state and trimming of Mountain & Moorland ponies MUST comply with the respective Breed Society Rules.
• Mountain & Moorland Ponies and Part Breds must be registered with their respective PURE Breed Societies and registration numbers to be stated on the entry forms and when entered on the day, (unless otherwise stated on the individual class). These conditions also apply to Horses/Ponies entered as Pure Bred & Anglo Arabs
• ALL dogs MUST be kept on LEADS.
• All children under the age of 14 to wear hats at all times.

• Classes may be split or combined at the discretion of the judge/committee

• Unruly/dangerous behavior (by any exhibitor or exhibit) WILL result in them being asked to leave the Show ring and/or club grounds

• No horse/pony should be left unattended tied to a lorry/trailer

• The Judges decision is final

• Objections must be in writing and given to the Secretary within 30 minutes of the completion of the relevant class and accompanied with a fee of £10.00 (refundable if the objection is upheld).
o LEGAL LIABILITY Neither the Organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horse, exhibitors, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.

The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey the instructions of Judges and Officials.

Non members taking part in Clydach Riding Club events would not be covered by British Riding Club public liability insurance. It is recommended that they have their own Public Liability insurance that would either be through their horse insurance or BHS gold membership.
